  Yes when you walk in the UPS store there was alot customers and then only two employees were checking out the customers. After 15 minutes later a third employee helped out because more customers came in. The customers line was out the door.

  Tried calling to ask a simple question and all I got was the runaround by your AI, why not instead of wasting my time telling me the address and hours, just connect me to a human being. I definitely won’t be patronising this establishment.

  I had a phenomenal experience here today. I went in for notary services and was immediately impressed by the efficiency; they recognized my specific needs and moved me to a separate area so I didn't have to wait in the long shipping line. A special thank you to Renee. She handled the notary process perfectly and with total professionalism, but it was her humanity that truly stood out. She took my personal situation to heart and even offered a prayer for me to see my children again. It is rare to find this level of high-standard, interpersonal service anymore. This store clearly values people over just "processing customers," and Renee is a perfect example of that culture of excellence. I can't recommend them enough.
