  Incompetence from beginning to end with this company. From their automated system which is just a waste of time as none of the relevant information is relayed to any representative you eventually get to speak with. The representatives are beyond incompetent then disrespectful in their incompetence. A terrible business UPS or USPS from now on

  Deliver package 5 feet down a 40 foot driveway. Too lazy to come to porch and ring doorbell or leave by door. POOR service and not the first time.
