  Bryan went above and beyond to help me get a license plate secured to my husband's truck after getting pulled over for having it displayed in my window. It does not have the proper piece to screw it in and he helped me use zip ties to get me back on the road until I get the correct part. I do not live in this town and had another 7 hours on the road. Thank you so much Bryan for taking the time to help with something you didn’t have to do. Amazing customer service.

  I stopped by Advanced Auto Parts to have my battery and alternator tested on 2014 Chevy Malibu, and I had a great experience. Chris went above and beyond… not only helping me find the right battery, but also taking the time to look over a quote I received from a repair shop. He walked me through everything that was listed, explained what actually needed attention, and gave me his honest opinion without any pressure. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and customer care these days. Really appreciate the help—thanks again, Chris!
