  I am wanting to give this store a 5 star review based on the amazing customer service Ive received here. The manager Joe is a genius at repairing and providing helpful information when it comes to cellular devices. I thought my phone was toast but he spent 15 minutes reconfiguring my phones settings and it works perfectly now. This guy is very knowledgeable and professional.

  This cricket store never answers the phone and when we go there system are always down, ugh I hate this store.
