  We ordered wings here at the Wingstop on 518 in Kemah... and the wings were raw... a bad experience... they are supposed to be fully cooked... check your orders before paying.

  If you're willing to wait almost forty minutes to pick up an order, then this is a place for you. They had over 30 people waiting for pickup. They prioritized those who were picking up from Uber eats versus those who picked up/ordered online. They also forgot something in my order. They were not on their game tonight for sure. 7/2/2026

  Food took forever to be ready, online it says that it’s ready when it’s really not. When I went inside the restaurant there were about 10 orders showing ready and a lot of people waiting for their food. I advise for you to check your food and order wayyy ahead of time.

  Place an order thru there website. Door dash delivers it. I paid extra for ranch and blue cheese. They didn't put any sauce at all in the bag. And the bag was sealed. I call Wingstop. He's like would you like a refund. I said yes. He talks to his manager. Comes back to the phone says his manager said there is nothing they can do since it was a delivery. That's a manager that does not need to be managing!
