  "I drove all the way from Galveston to try this Subway location because I had heard great things about their food quality and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was exactly the opposite. The employee who made my sandwich was incredibly rude. She had a terrible attitude, continually made faces at me, and rushed through making my meal. When I asked for extra napkins, she glared at me and rudely told me they were already in the bag, which she had practically thrown at me. She never once said 'thank you' or 'have a good day.' On top of the awful service, the ingredients looked old and unappetizing—especially the tomatoes, which looked like they had been sitting out for a very long time. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience and will definitely not be returning to this location." **I contacted the kemah police because everyone at the store gives me the runaround no one will answer my calls I spoke to Julie yesterday on the phone she was supposed to return my money I did not pay $27 for one foot long cold cut trio sandwich I didn't even leave a tip they stole my money and now they won't answer my call or my text or when I go to the store they don't know how to refund it this is a horrible Subway and I really hope it gets shut down

  If they had 0 stars that would be more accurate! They do not update their system to reflect the deals advertisement on window. They are damming people out of money. That gets take out in the hard working attendants. The food looks old and past the expiration date. The meat looks old. I should have walked out when I looked at it. How disgusting is the fake chicken. This place should be shut down. The veggies are so old it turning brown and translucent. I wanted tomato but it had already turned color. Just gross. It’s a medical issue waiting to happen. Salmonella poisoning eating to happen. The way they make your sandwich is so unappetizing! Don’t even spread the mayo. Just glop it on the middle and forget about asking for lite mayo. Go to jersey mikes is better and more worth the money. Even jimmy John’s is better even though it’s getting just as bad. When I told him about overcharging me he had an attitude and lied about the contact number not working. I am going to call the health department on this people. Don’t waste your time or money.
