  Honestly these hours that this location has is horrible for working professionals that have to be at work M-F from 8am -5pm when they’re only open M-F from 9am to 5pm. How are we supposed to pickup packages and they’re not even open for limited hours on Saturday? I have a package currently sitting there but can’t get off from work to pick it up so I don’t even know what to do.

  Leaving this review for service from fedex delivery company. I recently had a package delivery I missed. Fedex went above and beyond to get the package to me after our location was reported as closed to get the package to me the following day. They followed up with me the following day to make sure we had great service on that delivery and ensured the package reached us. The customer service for that follow up call was American. I was very grateful for the follow-up. Fedex as a company is a lot more accountable than UPS.
