  I’ve had packages delivered to the store in the past with no issues. Today I went to pick up a package delivered there that I already paid shipping for, and they told me there’s a $5 pick up fee. I questioned the charge and and they said “that’s what the manager said “I told them I’ve never been charged $5 before and the guy didn’t have an answer for that. I checked the website for the store and there is zero mention of any charge to pick up a package that is sent there. I went to the store to pick up my package and mentioned that there’s nothing on their website about a $5 charge to pick up a package and he said “the website definitely needs to be updated “ Ridiculous! For one the charge wasn’t disclosed and $5 for what? I already paid delivery so what are they charging five dollars for? I won’t be using the store in the future.

  I attempted utilizing the UPS store on North Beach to ship a DeWalt Jobsite Fan and two Korg dog discs to my cousin and his Belgian Malinois, Ty to their small apartment just South of Cancun, Mexico. I have no Earthly idea idea how to accomplish this and I made this very clear to the semi-nice young African-American woman who I asked to assist me. I provided her the UPS store locations in the small province my cousin lives and paid over $200.00 US valid currency for them to provide the service(s) they so proudly boast. When we returned to our Fort Worth, Texas home after a brilliant off-roading excursion to Moab and Wild Horse Canyon, we discovered the very same- albeit banged up- box that I had paid The UPS Store in North Beach to deliver. The Mexican government has recently changed their international laws from the US and The UPS Store on North Beach Street failed to tell their associates this. My request to have The UPS Store on North Beach Street franchise owner fell on deaf ears. UPS intentional corporate points the finger directly at The UPS Store on North Beach Street because that's how international corporations work. Someone owes me over $200.00 US valid currency and I don't care who pays me. I have a legal team on consignment who is ready to take action. I know exactly who the employees I dealt with are; I will not dox them here; But I CAN and I WILL if they do not resolve this difficulty ASAP. Try me. William & Elizabeth Kiefer
