  Ive had bad experiences with multiple ups stores. But Elliott at this location is incredible. I was nervous, usually I have to pay a lot more or I forgot a page of paper or something. Appreciate the great service buddy. Also was finished in less than a minute

  We worked with Ariel, we had a large number of returns and boxes to ship out. She was so kind and never made us feel like a burden even though the line was backing up. She was professional and helpful!

  I’ve had packages delivered to the store in the past with no issues. Today I went to pick up a package delivered there that I already paid shipping for, and they told me there’s a $5 pick up fee. I questioned the charge and and they said “that’s what the manager said “I told them I’ve never been charged $5 before and the guy didn’t have an answer for that. I checked the website for the store and there is zero mention of any charge to pick up a package that is sent there. I went to the store to pick up my package and mentioned that there’s nothing on their website about a $5 charge to pick up a package and he said “the website definitely needs to be updated “ Ridiculous! For one the charge wasn’t disclosed and $5 for what? I already paid delivery so what are they charging five dollars for? I won’t be using the store in the future.
