  Sub was sub par! I think it was the attitude of the young kid that put the whole experience off. He was working the phone and doing the walk in orders at the same time. I could see the frustration in his face. He was slamming bin covers etc. He was alone so I get it but he didn't seem like he wanted to be there what so ever. Then while I was eating (I was the only person there) he came around to attempt to clean up the tables he was swiping stuff off tables and some of the crumbs flew over to me. He was also kicking the chairs to put back under table pretty violently was pretty shocking to me that he didn't care that i was sitting there eating. Strange times !

  Ordered online. Had to wait additional 20 minutes for my one sandwich. Only one person working there.Did not make sandwich exactly as ordered.

  I would say the only redeeming quality about this location is Elias. He's so kind and tries hard to ensure all the customers are well taken care of. The PROBLEM is they are severely understaffed. 12:30pm should have a minimum of 2 people working. Poor guy is the only one here.

  It’s hard to go to a fast food place and get someone who’s happy to help. I’ve gone a few times and it’s been a hit or miss at this location. Elias is the best one they got at this location! He is a kind young man & patient with taking orders, and makes everything to order. Thanks for doing a great job!

  First time here and I was very disappointed. I ordered a meatball sandwich. The sub way rep told me that he had to get new ones out the fridge cause his current container was empty, he ask did I want it toasted I said yes. I ask him was they going to be cooked and or done by just putting them in the toaster he said YES even before leaving I asked him did he toast it well enough he said yes. Upon getting home and trying the sandwich it was completely froze the meatballs was not done and literally made me sick to my stomach. It was literally cold I stay less then 5 minutes away so it couldn’t have gotten cold that fast HE SOLD US UNCOOKED FOOD. I also notice after I was walking out he was putting the whole container in the microwave I had already waited 10 minutes for him to complete a mobile order. But to give me cold frozen food is just pure unacceptable. If he needed to cook to full container I would’ve waited. I had nothing but time but all he could do was apologize.
