    I've always had good luck here but today they charged me 3.75 to print out a label? Like nothing fancy, just a simple piece of paper.

    Was standing in line to drop off a large package and not greeted nor acknowledged. No big deal and was helped when it was my turn. Another person after me [white male] carrying a smaller package was greeted immediately and same manager present quickly offered him to set the package on the counter if it "was too heavy". Seems odd because I wasn't offered the same courtesy by the same person who also saw me Hmmm, BTW I am not white. Seemed definitely unwelcoming The counter staff at least were polite.
