  For the first time I had decided to try delivery from Wingstop. Ive never had problems with them. Their food has always been great and the service has been good. BUT THIS LOCATION WAS HORRIBLE. When I received my order, I had requested large fries and got the small baskets with barely any fries in them. I requested HOT LEMON PEPPER and received nothing but hot. I called them as soon as I received my order and the representative told me I'd get a refund. After 4 days I never received anything and called them but said they wouldn't refund me because the order was delivered. I told them delivery wasn't the issue; they were great. WINGSTOP AT KATY made my order wrong and said I wouldn't get anything back even though it was their fault.

  Of all the Wingstop locations, this store is by far the best. The way the boneless are made are to my liking. Even though I selected Honey Mustard online, I got Cheese Dip. The mixture of the Dip is okay. Other than that, boneless wings humbled my hunger.

  Don’t eat here. They serve you raw chicken and don’t even give refunds. The manager is something else . Needs new management ASAP! If you do get something just get a drink, but they may not even have ice. Such a disappointment
