    I just order 20 wings and large Fries. When I came to pick up, the gentleman (older possibly hispanic accent, dark thin / balding hair) asked for my name, I gave name and I also said 20 wings with Fries. I just got home and no Fries. Yes I should have checked but generally if properly managed a customer shouldn't always have to check an order. Then why order and then have something missing to only have to wait for the missing item. That means ordering online is useless. I am calling at this time and I am on super hold. its nearly 945pm, there were people there but not super busy or their prime time. Which tells me there are lots of complaints or they don't want to take calls. Please provide refund for Fries.

    Shout out to Crismarys at Wingstop 😂 We pulled up on a last-minute mission basically near closing, and she still treated us like VIPs. Food was fresh, fries hittin, and the attitude was all good vibes. Closing shift but you would’ve thought they just opened 👏

    I have ordered from this location before and have never experienced such frustration as today. Due to time constraints, I placed my large order online at 1:51 PM with a pickup/carryout time of 3:30 PM. I showed up at 3:30 PM. I went in, no greeting, one of the staff looked at me and just walked away. No "can I help you?" Nothing. Finally, someone walked up and I pointed to the screen with my name for pickup. He said the order is NOT ready yet and it will be about 15 mins wait. So I asked what happened. The staff lied straight to my face stating the order just came in 5 mins ago? I showed him my confirmation email at 1:51 PM, and he said yeah but it says 3:30 pickup....ok, wouldn't that mean you would have my order ready for "pickup" and not preparing it at 3:30? I also asked what is the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait anyways? He just walked away. Here's the kicker. When I placed the order online, I gave them a 20% tips because of the great services I had before at this location. I spent $115 only to get frustrated! I will definitely not visit this location again.
