Very poor customer service! Rude management that wants his voice to be heard. Not the customers voice. My chicken was undercooked. Incorrect change was given and as well as corn being dropped on counter and I had to ask to throw it away and give me some more corn. This store lacks management skills very badly. Manager also states he’s been working there for 15 years and nothing is going to happen. Starting to think it’s true because this behavior seems to be allowed. Oh and to mention they called cops on me. Typical… Black man, angry man, let’s call the cops. Cop stated that was his 5th time coming to that store. Apparent they call the cops on customers that voice how they undercook food!!

Dishonest and shady location with a scammer for the manager . I accidentally ordered boneless wings instead of bone in. I was told they would cancel the incorrect order and refund my money. I ordered again on my other card now they are refusing so give me my promised refund so I paid $149 for a 40 piece wing meal. Go to a different location. This situation was never rectified. They pocketed my $79!

Working at a wing place with a limited menu must be hard…..got three orders of wings but ONE ranch? Mind you, I also paid EXTRA FOR EXTRA RANCH!!! Sodas were flat, while I like light ice, it was too light on the ice, so they’re not even cold. Some wings don’t even have the proper amount of sauce….it’s not that hard, it’s wings and ranch. If you can’t handle the job, get a different one.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this location today. I placed and paid for my order online because your system does not allow orders without prepayment. When I arrived, the order was incorrect and made as boneless wings instead of traditional wings.
I politely asked if I could simply pay the price difference to correct the order. I was told no and that a refund would have to be processed instead. After waiting over 30 minutes while the cashier repeatedly attempted to contact management, no manager answered the phone. I was then told I would need to drive back another day because no one present knew how to process a refund or when a manager named Carlos or Gabriel would even be available.
That is completely unacceptable. A business should not be operating if there is no management support available and employees are unable to process a basic refund transaction. Customers should not be inconvenienced, delayed, and forced to make additional trips because of internal operational failures.
At this point, I want my refund processed immediately. The lack of accountability, communication, and customer service at this location was beyond unprofessional. This experience ensured I will not return to this Wingstop location again.
