  I really despise this location! They overcrowd their fryers with wings for no reason (causing the wings to he very soft) , they never answer the phone and I have to ALWAYS correct my order. I have had enough, I will not be back ! They really should focus on customer service as well. Carlos does not know how to effectively communicate and every business owner should know, customer service is the number one factor in maintaining a good business!

  Poor service, bad experience! We ordered with Alexandra and asked for our wings to be double fried and they were not. They had us wait 30 minutes for our order and fries were sitting on the counter for 7-10 minutes so I asked for fresh ones. Four girls walked to the back and talked to each other after I complained. The service was horrible and I asked for a manager but there wasn’t one watching over the girls that prepared our order. Apparently they are supposed to take your food out the bag and open every container to show you what your order is but I refused it because I watched them box/bag it up. Just didn’t want them touching my food again. Get the customers order right the first time and there won’t be any complaints. Also she had us sign into the review on the app to get free fries and they completed it so they could review themselves. They should not be doing that to rate themselves service was bad!

  First, staff is rude. Second no ice and I asked how is that gonna work for the combo? They literally said will give you water. He said if you’re the kind of person that can’t eat without having a soft drink then maybe you should go somewhere else. This is the second time I’ve come to this place and the staff is always rude.

  This is the worst Wingstop location. Every time I call there is some type of issue. Management is rude and staff is rude. We get told that they don’t take orders over the phone over $20 and to place the order online. We go online and it physically won’t let us submit our order without selecting a drink we try to do it without the drink still wouldn’t allow us to move forward to the next step of the order process. I call the store back and inform them of this and their response was “I don’t know what to tell you” that’s so unprofessional and that was the manager who said that. Instead of trying to come up with a solution they acted as if they didn’t care and were very unhelpful. Last time I came here was months ago due to another bad experience of them messing up my order. Decided to give it another try and unfortunately this time wasn’t any better. Won’t be returning.

  Wings were good BUT the restaurant itself was dirty!! Floors were disgusting, tables were filthy you can tell no one has wiped them down or cleaned them all day. The restroom was also disgusting and you could smell the restroom in the lobby. For the area I'm really surprised that it was this disgusting.
