  This is my local UPS and the staff is always great. Recently Darcie helped me clear up a return issue that was my fault. She was patient and got me the best result. The young people working today, 8/15/2026, were also great

  This is my default UPS store, but since few days I’m noticing that there offline service is down or wifi down, it happens 3 times with me, authorities has to check why its happening, many customers returning back for this issue, it happens mostly before closing time like after 5pm.

  This store is usually very busy with people returning Amazon purchases. If you want to actually ship something I would suggest going to the other shipping stores in the area. This is really just a Amazon drop off site and the lines can be long

  I had two custom signs printed here today and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was warm, cheerful, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They helped me choose the right cardstock, the print quality came out beautifully, and everything was finished quickly at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely return for future printing needs for my small business. Highly recommend!

  Worst UPS Store! Save yourself a hassle and go to another one. Slow service 45mins for an Amazon return. They tried to charge me for the tape, the print, the marker, the use of the computer... In total, the UPS supplies list that I was supposed to pay for exceeded the Amazon Return value 😂 I mean, I know the economy is hard now but, don't be cheap. You are a big company! Zero customer attention and service. Shame since it is near, but I'll definitely go to my usual UPS store at Cinco Ranch.
