  I wish giving negative star was an option. Tried returning amazon package consist of 2 packages with ups barcode ready. Was told needed 2 barcodes by lady behind the counter but amazon said they were paying for 2 packages ups even supposed to pack it which I brought it ready to be shipped. Had to take 2 heavy packs back home to be picked up by fedex. Never stepping foot again.

  The Katy Cinco Ranch UPS Store in the Katy area is the Best ever. They always provide Above and Beyond Superb Great customer service. Every time I need assistance, Alex and all of the team go the extra mile to make sure that my mail and packages are handled efficiently. Recently, I had been waiting for my truck papers to arrive and I had reached out but the papers had not arrived yet. Suddenly, i get an email from the UPS store that the truck papers had been received and ready for me to pick up at my convenience...the email was sent after the store had closed. Oh my I was not only delightfully surprised but very grateful that Alex would go above and beyond what is expected from a UPS store. Now this is the reason why I switched from the UPS Westheimer location to this UPS store in Katy Cinco Ranch. Thank you so much Alex and the team!! Grateful for your helpful and much appreciated service. You simply rock!!

  This is the best UPS Store in the Katy area, in my opinion. The employees have always been incredibly helpful and efficient with my Amazon returns, and I've never had any issues with them. They consistently go above and beyond for their customers and do everything they can to resolve any problems. Every time I visit, I feel welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this location

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this UPS Store. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient, making every visit quick and stress-free. Whether I’m dropping off packages, shipping something important, or getting documents notarized, they always take the time to answer my questions and make sure everything is handled correctly. The store is clean, well-organized, and conveniently located at LaCenterra with plenty of parking. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and hassle-free shipping services!

  Favorite store to go to when sending packages and parcels to any locations, whether it’s within Texas, different state, or internationally. Employees are extremely helpful, especially Alex and Sky. Very willing to hear out any issues and help.
