  My family and I have had a box at this location for years and years. Never had any issues with the store but I wanted to praise Akil for his amazing customer service. He has been so wonderful helping my grandmother with her heavy packages and just assisting her in general. Great employee!

  Amazing service every time I visit the store for any service. Once an Amazon return packaged my AirPods the staff was very accommodating and helped me get the device back. Gretchel who is working there was very helpful in assisting me with an Amazon return. Would recommend this store to any of my friends. Keep up the customer service onwards and upwards.

  The older gentleman working there—the one from India—is a rude and abrasive person; on top of that, he actually throws things or labels at customers. What a terrible experience at this location.

  I’ve been going to this UPS store for many years and I have to say this is the worst employee that I have ever dealt with!! He is a young man that is very rude. He acted like I was a big bother to him and he wasn’t worried about how rude he was to me. This store needs to get more pleasant employees to deal with their customers.
