  Went in on a saturday at 458 pm when they close at 5, i pulled the door and it was locked and there was an employee sitting on his but by the front door and shook his head no. If you close at 5 that means you should provide service untill then.

  The employees that wait on us at the store are the most patient understanding individuals in the UPS world. Very grateful for them. They are certainly the best part of UPS stores.
