  Website says closes at 10 pm. It’s 8:56 pm and the lady is mopping and locked the doors and told me not to come in.

  Poor customer service from a light skinned skinny Latina woman with heavy makeup. I was picking up urbr eats for my sister and i WHICH I PAID FOR BTW. She started to basically interrogated me about showing screenshots of the order which I did and followed her instructions then even got my sister on the phone to vouch for me. She ended up giving me the sandwiches after I offer not to pick it up and get my refund. I even told her that she made me feel really uncomfortable. Than she lectured me about next time like i'm a teenage delinquent. My sister was hungry so i decided to leave with the food as nerves began to suck me dry like an annoying leach. I told her not to talk to me and guess what she shouted as i was trying to leave" you should've ordered right!" I turned to the rude lady and said firmly DON'T TALK TO ME then left. After I got home I called this subway location so I can speak to the manger and file a proper complaint. Then the rude lady answered and said she was a manager- i find that hard to believe. She said report and as I tried to speak about my complaint. THE RUDE LADY SHOUTED OVER ME SAYING THINGS LIKE WE ASKED ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS and I told her no she didn't and she was rude and provided poor customer service. The lady even had enough nerve to say their are cameras around like that was suppose to scare me. There was no way in hell that I was going to back down, i stood firm and continued on with reporting the complaint but she kept making excuses and talking over me. I had to raise my voice to ask her the burning questions " Can I your name so that I can file a complaint with corporate?" and " Can i get the corporate office phone number?" But she kept talking over me so I had to shout even louder than before then asked " ARE YOU GOING TO HELP ME FILE MY COMPLAINT OR NOT?" than SHE HANGS UP ON ME. When I tried to call back the uncooperative, disrespectful excuse of nuisance BLOCKED ME. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I FILE THE COMPAINT!! Please take this review as a firm warning ⚠️ before thinking to order from this subway location. At this point i will never eat or step foot into any subway establishment ever again for the remainder of my life. Subway need to properly train their workers. I'm being too generous by giving this review 1 star but they didn't give me an option for 0 star... After i file the report - I'm going to give this situation to God and let him take the wheel.
