  English Review: I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. There was confusion about my order, but instead of helping me, two employees became rude and appeared to laugh at me. When I tried to explain what I wanted, I felt like I was being mocked rather than assisted. I asked for specific toppings on only one sandwich, but my order was not prepared correctly, which caused food to be wasted. I spent around $25-$30 and expected respectful customer service. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training.

  I will have to say, this was one of the worst experiences I have had of any subway anytime. I ordered two sandwiches online One was a BLT and one was a turkey sandwich. When I pick them up and got to my destination, I realize that there was no bacon in the BLT. My friend went back to ask them to either add bacon or remake the sandwich and the older lady behind the counter insisted there was bacon on the sandwich. She would not remake the sandwich after thumbing through it looking for bacon. First of all, that was disgusting whether she had on gloves or not. She pushed the sandwich back at my friend, pointed at a small piece of bacon, and said I'm not going to remake it. My friend left the sandwich there and left the building. I went back the next day, not knowing who this woman was, and started talking to the young man behind the counter. She came out and started yelling at me and recording me with her phone. They would not give me any contact information to get in touch with management. I have tried leaving messages on the phone after I did find a working number. But no one has contacted me back. I would not go back to this disgusting place if someone paid me. From my understanding the lady's last name is Aviegas. She should not be in any hospitality role. I have been in hospitality for over 28 years and people like this do not belong in a position to take care of customers. Shame on her and shame on the management team.

  I don't write many reviews good or bad but this one was just terrible. The lady was rude and they had to be out of at least half of their items at 1 pm. All drinks were watered down or out. No wonder this place has only 3 stars. Very much deserved of my time to make a 1 star review.

  DON’T GOT TO THIS SUBWAY. An older Hispanic lady was working by herself. When I walked in the a/c wasn’t working at all. They didn’t have a lot of items. Just a horrible experience.

  Will not be returning! I arrived at 8:40 AM to the doors being locked with the sign saying OPEN. A worker (an older woman) looks at me from the back and she does not acknowledge me at all she turns around and scurries to the back I stand there for about 3 minutes then when I walk away she comes back to the front. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming!!! Sign on door says open 8am-9pm.
