More than half of my order isn’t what I placed it in for. They never contacted me to communicate that they didn’t have certain items other than the Uber Driver letting me know they didn’t have either of the chips I picked out. Apparently they didn’t have any flat bread so instead they threw it on a tortilla & did not follow the written instructions. They apparently didn’t have any red Gatorade & instead gave me an orange Gatorade Zero. So more than half of my order is not what I picked out & nobody communicates. I would have asked to have my order cancelled & refunded instead of waisting my time & money.
The Subways here in Katy are not good. I highly recommend staying away. This is my last time ever ordering from here. Calling them goes straight to voicemail.
Worst location ever!!!! They messed up my sandwich trying to convince me it was good. I told the lady it wasn't what I wanted she rolled her eyes when I asked her to make me a new one. I'm 6 months pregnant I'm not too picky but don't try to convince me to take a sandwich I didn't want! I normally don't write reviews but it's always something at this location! They need to get it together
I’m really disappointed. I tried to place my order, but the employee was on FaceTime the entire time and couldn’t fully understand me. When I asked for bacon, I was told they didn’t have any—which doesn’t make sense for a Subway. It felt like the store wasn’t properly prepared, and I ended up having to go somewhere else.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. The lady behind the counter speaks Spanish only, and with a very heavy accent. I could'nt understand what she was saying so she kept giving me more and more attitude. When I told her that the fountain drink machine didn't have any Pepsi, she simply said "No Ai", which I guess means I don't care, and walked away. On top of all this, the bread was old and dry. I'll never go here again. I really wish Google would allow zero stars, these folks definitely deserve one.
