  I needed some new clothes and Michael Kors was a wonderful experience. Customer service was courteous, courteous and very friendly. They responded to all my questions quickly and ensured my concerns were dealt with in a care and patient manner. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. The service is excellent as well as the quality of the products. The store was clean, well organized and pleasant, and shopping was highly enjoyable, from start to finish. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is much appreciated. Absolutely, Michael Kors is definitely a brand that I would recommend to anybody who wants to have stylish, quality products that have great customer service.

  Visited this location today. When checking out, I was advised the pricing was more then what is shown in the picture. The manager refused to honor the price they displayed after I shopped for 4 pairs of shoes. Horrible experience.
