  I just obtained a great customer service by Victor Ramirez, I reached out to All State Joe McGee &Associates and Victor was very pacient answering all my questions about my home insurance, I ended up switching my Home and Car insurance from another Insurance Co where I was paying way too much. We will be saving a lot of money just by switching to All State, Thank you Victor.

  You can't even come close to the offers in the mailer. Your "other" Allstate representative in a closer area gave out an offer of $1,900 and you claim to be around $300 cheaper yet you pull the same information. What a bait and switch operation, just with Allstate as a front. Take your business elsewhere before you get non-renewed or fed a bunch of false promises they can't keep and blame the people above them.

  I had a very positive experience this morning with Miguel Calderon in the Joe McGee Allstate Insurance office in Katy. He helped me switch coverage for home and auto to Allstate from another company and it is shocking to see how much money I will save in premiums. Furthermore, Miguel was friendly, kind and well organized. I feel comfortable doing business with them and l highly recommend to anyone who is overpaying in the Houston area.

  Julie assisted me today. Thank her so much for taking the time to answer all of my questions about my home insurance policy. I truly appreciate her patience, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything so clearly. It is reassuring to know that I have someone as knowledgeable and helpful as Julie to turn to when I have questions about my insurance.

  I was shopping around for better insurance rates, and fortunately I had a wonderful experience speaking with the associates at the Joe McGee branch. They truly made my day. One of them, Ava, was especially helpful, professional, and demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me make my final decision with confidence. Thanks to the outstanding service I received, I have decided to remain with Allstate. I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication shown by Ava and the entire team.
