  Open at 10am but closes randomly in the middleof the day. Very frustrating and wastes people's time. Go somewhere else to ship. This has happened 4 times now. Complete BS.

  Absolute worst delivery. Package completely destroyed. FedEx left a massive, heavy mattress-in-a-box at my front door today, and it looked like it had been dragged behind the truck instead of carried in it. The outer cardboard box was completely shredded, crushed, and gaping open on one side. ​Because the delivery handlers were so reckless, the heavy-duty plastic vacuum seal inside was punctured. The mattress actually started expanding while still trapped inside the broken box right on my porch! The exposed fabric is now filthy, stained, and the entire mattress is structurally warped because it couldn't unroll properly. ​It is completely defective and unusable. To make it worse, the driver just dumped this giant, exploding eyesore right in front of my door and took off without even ringing the bell. Zero accountability, zero care for people’s property. Avoid FedEx at all costs if you are shipping anything fragile or valuable.
