  I am very disappointed with FedEx. My package arrived with the merchandise broken because it was not handled with proper care. The item was packed securely, but it still arrived damaged. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time. I expected better handling from a company like FedEx. I hope they improve their service and treat customers’ packages with more care.

  Tolu at FedEx Office provided absolutely excellent customer service. He was professional, patient, and a very quick thinker throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help me with my order, solved issues efficiently, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and on time. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. His positive attitude and problem-solving skills made the experience stress-free and exceptional.
