Great service and they delivered my order with deep observation. One thing I liked about them was that they were verifying each need of the customers and working accordingly to satisfy the demands.

What an amazing store! Customer service rating is higher than a 5 in my opinion. I had an almost impossible request to an issue of transferring a number from a lost phone but both Sohail and Gustavo persevered with a solution that made me a very happy and satisfied customer. The issue I was having was complicated but their determination and knowledge very was impressive. Great customer service. I highly recommend this Cricket store.

Cricket has always been Great, I've loved there service, expecia6 where most phone didn't get any Since I went with E-Sim, my phone has been doing things a lot different then once before. It somehow allowed it to be way more influenced, wyhe the extent that the maps changed my routes, and when I would look for content, it would deny me access on its own, and pop up things that I didn't even understand and I would end up probly pushing the wrong button. It didn't do this with the old physical sim card. Also, one store rep was a little to high minded, I felt belittled. Also, customer support is really great with them.
