  I don't typically have good things to say about Insurance companies.. but my experience with Cintia Guerra's AllState agency has changed my mind. She and her staff are genuinely (yes really) helpful, caring, courteous and professional on every call. The agency owner Cintia, and Selvin actually answer the phone live (shocker!) and last time she helped my save around 40% on my Auto Insurance when I called and discussed my issues with them. Selvin helped with reducing my Homeowners insurance from $3400 to $2750. The key is to call them. Don't just wait for something to happen by default. Everyone's situation is different and calling to explain what you want gives them an opportunity to evaluate and help. I am not a big fan of insurance companies..but Cintia's agency certainly has helped change some of that perception.. Maybe they're not so bad after all haha.. Thank you Cintia and Selvin (hope I spelled his name right). Mary was also great, but she's not working there anymore.. Thanks all!

  Selvin Alvarez was very helpful looking for the best coverage and discounts available for me for auto and home insurance. He was able to lower my payments for auto almost $200. It was also an easy transition.

  Cintia and her assistant made me feel very comfortable and were very knowledgeable along with my questions. Allstate has some new programs that have lowered my cost instead of me finding another agent.

  I asked my agent to see what could be done to lower my premiums and she delivered! She perused my policies and actually found areas I was over insured which is what I asked my previous agent to do for every renewal. Cintia didn't just say she would do it, she actually did and saved me a significant amount of money. I was very satisfied and will definitely recommend her to friends and family.

  After requesting a homeowners insurance quote through the Allstate website, I was connected with Cintia Guerra. She worked diligently to assemble a comprehensive package—including homeowners, auto, motorcycle, and a personal umbrella policy—that ultimately cost less than the homeowners policy I was preparing to renew. I now feel that my coverage is significantly stronger and more cost‑effective than before.
