  We been with this agent for couple years, they provided every good service with the beginning , since last year , the customer service been so bad, they never care about what you request and never done for you, I called them to cancel my auto policy but they didn’t do anything, I have to call the Allstate to cancel by myself, and waste my time and money, I am not recommend this agent to anybody and stay away fro them
