  Doug did an outstanding job by assisting me and my friend find the right battery for my friends wife’s car. He was knowledgeable, professional and seemed interested in making sure we were taken care of. When we returned with the old battery he made sure to ask if we were satisfied with the service. Great employee who genuinely cares about his customers.

  Doug, thanks so much for your help. Starting up my mobile mechanic business… a field that is so very different from what I had dedicated my life to previously…. is probably the scariest thing I’ve ever done. Your support, enthusiasm and sharing your passion for what you do means **a lot.** —Appreciate you always going the extra mile. I appreciate your honesty and transparency. It’s refreshing to work with someone who, if they don’t know the answer, says “I don’t know, but we can figure it out quickly.” (And, then he does. Quickly.) I jokingly say I started working on cars and DIY around the house because I got tired of other people breaking my stuff… figured I might as well break it myself. Doug is the exact opposite of the negative stereotypes associated with the automotive industry. Sí se puede¡! Do the Dougie!!

  My travels today led me to this location, and although no sale occurred, the effort put in by two of the employees working the desk today is worthy of mention. Came in for a battery test and probable replacement after having to get me vehicle jumped from across the street. Test was conducted (3VDC), and a recommendation was made for a battery purchase. Unfortunately, my 2020 Chevy Equinox just so happens to be one of those vehicles that causes pause in a battery replacement. Upon no sale for the battery, my vehicle would not start, and still needed a jump. Multiple attempts were performed, and to make matters worse, a heavy rainstorm came into the picture. These gentlemen remained in place, and continued to troubleshoot. I'm a fan of their determination, thank you.
