  The customer service was excellent despite the conditions. Unfortunately, the A/C is broken, and it’s incredibly hot inside the store—around 90 degrees. The staff were visibly drenched in sweat while continuing to help customers. This is an uncomfortable environment for both employees and shoppers and should be addressed as soon as possible

  I went during lunch on a Monday. She had mostly call in orders to prepare all by herself. She was trying to help best she could making sure all in the place were known to her and that she would be with them soon. Would have given 5 stars on service, but restaurant needs to know help us needed on weekdays too.

  Dakota is truly a sandwich artist. I was able to watch the production of our two sandwiches and Dakota carefully and evenly distributed the toppings. Well made sandwiches!!!

  Terrible service. Have ordered on many different occasions: 1. my order had been cancelled through the app even though they were open. Went inside and they had no problem making my food. Asked why they cancelled the original order and no one could give me an answer. 2. Have ordered many times and went to the store to pick it up and they were out of stock of something 3. The latest thing. I ordered my food and went inside to pick it up (was about 10 mins early) I waited for 30 mins and watched as they made other people food.

  My husband and ate there last night the subway in Justin there was a young guy and a young girl working. The girl was extremely friendly and helpful. The guy said he was a vampire. He had black fingernails. All black dress told us that he was gonna live forever because he was a vampire and when I said it was cold, he said that he loves it cold. Another customer walked in and he stirred at him for a good 30 seconds dead in the eye without saying anything and then all of a sudden said oh, I was in my vampire stage very weird and odd for a fellow to think he’s actual vampire and to be telling customers he’s a vampire.
