  Jessica needs to be retrained or supervised over because she is so rude. The young man is helpful, but this lady is rude. Never have I seen that, smh. It’s Joshua; it’s not as busy as the Burleson one. Corporate will know about this and it’s so unprofessional and in front of 4 other customers. Also, to shove all our cookies in a bag and break them because you were upset someone left early and you told us you don’t care when we’re speaking. We were trying to explain what our orders were and that 3 were meal of the days. Drinks, chips or cookies. Whoever runs this location clearly isn’t reading the reviews.

  I did a Mobile pick up order.. my sandwich had no ranch on it at all even though I asked for extra... I paid for extra meat but just a little amount on the sandwich. Wrong cheese as well! Very disappointed in my order today
