My wife ordered a Subway Club Salad using Uber Eats. The roast beef was spoiled with a rancid smell and slimy feeling when touched. My wife inconveniently took it back to Subway, and initially she was told rudely that there was nothing wrong with it. My wife insisted the Associate smell the serving container. The Associate finally admitted the meat was spoiled after smelling it and gasping her breath. A new salad was made in the back, but there was no apology made or compensation offered because of having to take it back!! I will not eat here again because of health concerns and food not being stored properly causing spoilage!!!
Well I went there to get a sandwich, I go at least twice a week, I was about the 3rd person in line. I ordered my sandwich, they made it, but when I went to pay for it, the cash register messed up because some new employee pushed a button that maybe she shouldn't have. Anyway they couldn't sell me my sandwich because of it. I was there in line waiting for about 15 or more minutes just to be told that that it couldn't be done. Wasted my lunch time for that mess. They could have given me the sandwich since it wasn't my fault and because I was there waiting all that time, and all they do is throw it away. Smh, that's what I would have done. Plus the lettuce always looks old and rusty. They need to get fresh lettus.
I love these place the employees are so nice and they do listen when you talk to them and order your food they are fast and good workers I will go back every time that I can thank you guys 😍😍😍 the lady that works there she is so nice and so good at what she does very good person
