  Monica was very rude to my friends and i when we tried ordering our subs. She rushed us, had a very bad attitude and stared blatantly at us.

  The team upfront is great, friendly and remembers my order. But there is one employee who is always making mistakes and sometimes rude. The team cohesiveness is struggling and you can tell they don't want to be around it. In the last day word has spreade that management moved a great team player to another store. It looks like things are only getting worse with rewardingthe toxic employees. Upper management needs to take a look at this location and get things fix prior to a incident happening. As a manager of a large section, I can see this happening. The good employees will leave and you will be stuck with the toxic employees. When this happens your loyal customer base will leave, effecting your bottom line. Hope you make the right decisions on this matter. You have lost a customer who eats at your location 4-5 times a week.
