  The girl helping us, Leah, was so sweet! She did her best to keep up with the line due to the other two ladies standing in the back. Leah was attentive and made sure our order was completed in timely manner. I wish the manager would train the staff better instead of allowing them to sit around while one person is working. (I’m almost positive one for the girls standing around was a manager considering she was critical of the fact that the poor girl working wasn’t moving faster.)

  Best service tonight. I am so sorry I forgot the name of the lady that helped me. I walked in close to closing time and was met with smiles and amazing attitudes. Thank you! The BLT is amazing! Keep it up Jarrell Subway. Give that girl a raise!

  I asked the employee for a specific type of bread, but instead of politely assisting me, she began complaining and showed a rude, disrespectful attitude. Her behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, so I canceled my entire order and left the restaurant. This was extremely unprofessional and one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. Management should seriously address the way she treats customers
