  ⭐ Avoid this location - Hostile Manager. I had an incredibly unprofessional experience here at 8:30 PM. The manager on duty turned a minor register glitch in which I said it’s no big deal (I couldn’t put in my phone number which is absolutely fine) into a bizarre power trip, snapping at me with attitude about how it’s a big deal when it’s her store. I looked at her puzzled, I was polite the whole time. To make it worse, she then loudly mocked the situation to her coworker (don’t let customers tell you it no big deal in your store) right in front of me while I was getting my drink. Completely ridiculous, petty, and unnecessary behavior from someone running a store. Check the security footage from tonight. Do better.

  THIS IS TO THE GIRLS WORKING AT SUBWAY RIGHT NOW!! Yall made the Best subway sandwich I've literally ever had. Stacked high with all of the fixings.. delicious!! ✨ Thank youuuuuu.

  Store hours are supposed to be 9 am to 10 pm. I placed an online/mobile order at 930 and the doors were still locked at almost 10. The lady who opened the door was rude saying that they weren't open and the system wasn't online yet and to leave. I have ordered between 9 and 10 multiple times from this location and have NEVER had them not be open and ready to serve. I told her they needed to update their hours if they weren't going to follow what's posted and she rolled her eyes and said "okay, ma'am" while closing and locking the door. Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because this is my first bad experience with this location in the 9 years I've lived here, but that was absolutely unacceptable.
