  I went in today because my phone had gotten wet and I needed to get a new one. I did not receive a friendly warm welcome into cricket. One of the other girls seemed bothered I even came in and was on her phone the entire time. With my phone being wet and not working I needed to get a hold of my husband due to having a question as to what I should do as the phone I was looking for in my price range was not in stock. The store phone did not work so Was not able to use that. I asked one of the girls if I could please borrow her personal one to call him on blocked. As I'm holding the phone the other girl sends her 2 text messages 1 stating the phones that were cheap and then another one saying "she is doing too much" not sure if she knew I had her phone in my hands. Regardless if it was said out loud or not that is completely disrespectful. I am pregnant and this whole situation has been stressful for me and to read that was very discouraging. This store lacks customer service and compassion. Will never return to this location again.

  Went to the store to switch companies, I was using Verizon for 2 years and been paying over $280 a month for really bad service and signal, now I’m paying $90 a month for two lines with Cricket!!! Great service and reception everywhere in the ATX. Abraham and everyone in the store assisted me extremely good!!! Some of the employees speak Spanish as well which is very helpful!! This crew went above and beyond for me and my family, I can’t thank them enough. Friendly, Professional, Knowledgeable. Will recommend to friends & family.
