  Have stayed at this location numerous times over the past 5 years. Did not travel to the area in the last year. When we did there was an older couple running the front desk. Everything was clean, working and kept up. Not anymore. 1)Roaches seen 3x in bathroom and desk area 2)Toilet so low, damn near on floor, needs seal around base to prevent rocking everytime you sit 3)Bathroom light does not turn off, irritating when you're sleeping 4)Tv would not work properly, keep defaulting to menu screen. No tv for the 2 days we were there. 5) Mattress needs replacing, as it is sinking in the center

  Room had a bad odor,shower was leaking and I think room wasn't cleaned I found hair on sheets.

  The rooms are smelly. Very poor breakfast. Tv volume is not going up. Overall less than a 1 star hotel. Simply the worst Best Western hotel

  Smelly rooms. It feels that you are sleeping in the toilet. Breakfast is absolutely terrible. Overall the worst western hotel I've ever been.
