Probably the WORST service from any Subway I've ever been to. Meatball sub was my order... "We're out of meatballs." Completely? "Well, it will take 15 minutes to heat them up..." Okay, I have time... "But it'll take FIFTEEN minutes!"
Is the doomsday clock counting down or something? I just want a meatball sub.
*Eye roll* "Fine."
As we get to the register, the lady pulls out a massive wad of 20s, and starts counting it in front of us and all the other customers... Owner guy, you might want to re-run training regarding cash handling and security before someone grabs the cash and runs. By the way, it was $460, and $300 was put into a cookie bag with the amount written on the bag. No bank bag? Real secure...
So I pay for my sandwich and my family's food. They leave to go get gas and hit the restrooms across the street, because SURPRISE! NO BATHROOMS!
15 minutes later, the meatballs are done, sitting in the microwave for another 5 minutes. I like extra cheese on my sandwich. Had they had meatballs, they would've gotten that little detail...
"Sir, we have to charge you for the cheese. It'll be 81 cents after tax."
Seriously? You have me (and other customers by this time) wait around because you don't want to make meatballs, I only assume because you're LAZY, and you want to start arguing over 81 cents?
Frustrated by this time by the conatant eye rolls and rudeness, I handed the lady a dollar, stating that I wouldn't want to put them out of 81 cents after waiting around for an ingredient that makes Subway so popular to begin with... "It's my boss who would be out of 81 cents."
Bottom line, the service was terrible, rude and made for a great review that I HAD to write. Hit up a different Subway folks, these two ladies are horrible employees...
