  I went to the subway in Italy, Tx, and there was a redheaded girl waiting on me. She didn’t have any personality did not greet me, She barely acknowledged that I was there, except she had to get the overcooked bread out of the oven.I asked for a little extra spinach and a little extra banana pepper, and she said she have to charge me for it. I told her I’ve never heard of that before in a subway. After I had already left my thought oh shoot, I could’ve had the banana peppers that could’ve been put on my husband‘s sandwich. One more chance and I hope that girl‘s not there next time. If she’s rude like that in the future that Subway will be closing down due to lack of business. I actually drove from Waxahachie 15 miles down the road to get my sandwich from that Particular Subway because I don’t like the ones that are in My town. Someone needs to teach these kids nowadays to be kind. Especially to their elders.

  I visited the Subway in Italy, Texas, and ordered a pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was not baked properly at all. As shown in the photo, it was falling apart. When I told them, after I paid, one employee named Dakota called another staff member over, and both of them removed their name tags. However, I did manage to read Dakota’s name. I urge management to retrain staff on how to properly make the pizza, and ensure customers only pay after they receive their order.
