  Highly disappointed with the service here. I placed an online order for pickup, but when my husband brought it home, the order was incorrect. When I called the store, I explained that we could not drive back out today to fix their mistake.The manager, Ric, offered an unacceptable solution: he told me to bring the cold, incorrect wings back on a completely different day just to get them remade. This is incredibly inconvenient and poor customer service. I should not have to run extra errands days later to get the food I paid for tonight. I expect a full refund for this mistake. P.S. From reading past reviews from others, it sounds like this manager, Ricardo, is completely unprofessional and does not know how to handle customer dissatisfaction resolutions.

  Yesterday I went and jasmin received me, she was very kind, she helped me find the best option, without a doubt, one of the best services I have had, then I realized that there was a small error in my order and she gladly helped me solve it and offered me something extra as compensation, without a doubt, the best employee I have seen in these months, thank you for the incredible service

  Just a public announcement that the store doesn't open up at 10:30 a.m. is advertised. They arrive at on or before to prep. As a result, they don't offer food until 11:30.

  Came through for wings and fries and I’m not even gonna lie I cleaned everything off the tray. Food was fresh, hot, and hit exactly how it was supposed to. Fries were on point, crispy with good seasoning, and the wings had solid flavor with plenty of sauce. Service was quick, no waiting around, and everything came out fast. Yeah it was a little messy, but honestly that’s how you know the wings are done right. Spot has a laid-back vibe, nothing fancy, just good food and a chill place to eat. Bottom line: if you leave food behind, that’s on you. I didn’t. Definitely coming back.
