  I just walked in to place an order at this Wing Stop location…and the person who took my order came up with not a so welcoming energy and walked off as my receipt was printing, I had to ask him if it was my receipt as he was already around the corner then I asked him if he was okay because he was so unwelcoming he turned around as if I had an attitude. I get everyone has their days but I felt like that was a bit much. And while I was waiting for my food there were other people that came in and he was actually pleasant. Not sure what rubbed this person wrong, but here’s hoping he has a better day! I didn’t rate the food (just service) as this was my 1st time at this location because I just moved from out of state. Thanks to the team member who came out as soon as he walked to the back to ask me how I was.

  Extremely disappointed!!! I visited the store earlier today and the cashier with the afro hair was incredibly rude and he was very disrespectful. There was zero customer service out of him! Upon arrival he asked if we had order pick up and I soon as I responded, we were placing a new order he quickly rolled his eyes, walked away from the cashier register, he then went and grabbed himself a drink and left us there standing. As I repeated my order several times because I wanted to ensure he got my order correctly he continued asking what else as if I just hadn’t asked him a question! Not to mentioned that my closes wingstop is off Beltline but lately I had been going out of my way to this location because of the previous service… However I was wrong yet again, Wingstop on Royal Ln location in Irving is lacking customer service because they seem to forget what they are there for.
