  My chicken was raw then they don’t want to answer the phone for me to let them know I talked to one person in the middle of this incident and they still didn’t do nothing and this was this was a meal for my children and the whole damn meal was messed up. The damn chicken was raw like had a gooey type of texture.

  Worst customer service ever cashier Jarid shouldn't be working there gives attitude also I been waiting for my refunds since last Tuesday and they said it would take 24 hours

  Unfortunately I didn't even get to eat here. It's a small building and the kitchen had rap music blaring pretty loud. I couldnt even think to read the menu. Just not what I want to listen to while eating. Really disrespectful to anyone else in the building.

  Wingstop Las Colinas is easily one of the best Wingstop locations anywhere. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and cooked exactly right every time we visit. What really sets this location apart is the staff. The employees are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about providing great customer service. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. This location should be used as a training store for other Wingstops. If every restaurant delivered this level of food quality and customer service, the brand would be even stronger. Outstanding job to the entire team!

  Everytime I call this wing-stop location to place an order no one answers. I called tonight and thought maybe they would have new workers, because the phone was picked up after one dial tone, but nope, they picked it up place it down because I was waiting and listening to other people in the background order instead of someone picking up saying “one moment” or something. I call back and of course no one answers. I’m not sure who manages this location but something has to give, this is so inconvenient for people who live in the area. Absolutely ridiculous
