  My experience here yesterday evening was ridiculous. I ordered my meal almost a hour in advance for my lunch break. When I arrived there was one man checking out & one man came in after me. the lady working didn’t acknowledge us for about 5 minutes. She was checking someone else out and she started blowing her nose in front of all of us while standing over the bread on the counter. She then started trying to fix the receipt machine & walked off to call someone still not acknowledging us. When she finally did, she rudely said, “how can I help you” I politely said I’m picking up my door dash order. She said rudely said well it’s not ready, I told her I ordered it in advance & it says it’s ready. She then said she’s there by herself and if you have a problem, complain about it. I told her you don’t have to be nasty about it and the man that came in after me said “I’m not dealing with this” and we both walked out. I didn’t even know him but we were on the same page. She was so rude and nasty and I was pissed. I understand if you’re by yourself, it’s hard and that’s not okay but it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. She was rude to us as if it was our fault. I never got my food that I paid for. I called the store several times but no answer. That entire interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable. Door dash gave me a refund but it’s the principle of the situation. I have pictures/videos to show my experience.

  Wow… ordered online said my food was ready at 11:45…. It’s 12:15 and they still haven’t started making it and the line is out the door… and when I asked if my sandwich was ready I was told “Idk we have a lot of orders to do” worst Subway store.

  I've been going to subway from time to time for the past 28 years. I visited this one like a week ago and it completely ruined my lunch. The lady working there made my subway with the most stale low quality bread ever possible, it felt like the bread had been there for a while and was not fresh, or maybe not done yet. Even though I asked for it non-toasted, the bread was so stale and hard that one couldn't even bite it. Disgusting. The lettuce had very dark edges like when it's been there for a while too, and it was only 10:30am. I had to throw away my subway and go eat somewhere else, I couldn't eat that disgusting thing and I didn't have time to deal with unhelpful staff. There was also a weird individual that looked like a bum just resting on one of the chairs in a corner. I'm not eating that this Subway anymore. Who knows if I'll ever eat at others.
