Today, I preordered on the app, and even got there 10 minutes after time it was suppose to have been ready at. Key word suppose**** I got there, and there was a line, I waited for others to get their food and once I reached the cashier, I asked for my food and told them my name. The girl was like "what is your name?" then asked the other person ( i couldn't tell if male or female so we will go with they) if they had my order. They ended up realizing they had probably given my order to an uber driver, and so then They started redoing the uber driver's order, and the other clueless girl, stood for a bit until she realized that she had to re make my order since I was standing there.. Not sure if she thought I would just magically walk out happy with no food.... anyways she starts preparing the order... and then They starts telling her in Spanish that its her fault for messing up the order, to which the girl just stays quiet. (I don't think They realized I am Mexican and fluent in Spanish). My order is prepared, though she didn't heat up the chicken as usual, so that was annoying on top of having to wait for my meal to be made again.... and then just hands me my bagged food to which I responded with "that's okay don't worry about it we all make mistakes...) She just looked at me and I told both of them, at least acknowledge that you messed up and apologize, thats what good customer service would have been... and I left. What was suppose to be a 5 minute in and out turned into a 20 minute awkward interaction. We got home and I heated up the chicken because that's how its suppose to be prepared, and was more frustrated with the lack of just basic customer service. This location isn't the best as it is, but no effort on at least acknowledging that they messed up, or even a sorry about that... So completely clueless with interaction skills. I would have given a one star with the experience I had but the food was tasty so that was the reason for a so so rating.
