They are open 24 hrs, but every-time I go there after 12:00 AM, the employee tells me that the machine is updating and she can’t ring me up.

Terrible customer service. I came in to order a sandwich and was not greeted. The employee was on a personal phone call with an earbud in, barely acknowledged me, and simply pointed at ingredients for me to answer yes or no. At checkout, he became visibly annoyed when I didn’t leave a tip. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Wow horrible experience. Had no one in the store. Their fiancée was sleeping on the couch and even went to yell at them to come help customers and nothing. Kept making excuses. Why make it 24/7 if they’re not gonna be there. Don’t go here if you’re looking for late night food. McDonald’s is next door
