This facility lost a $7,000 package of mine after FedEx's own tracking confirmed it arrived here. An unauthorized hold was placed on it that I never requested. FedEx's system then logged a delivery attempt that never happened — I was home all day with cameras, and a rep admitted it was false. Two weeks of being told "tomorrow," about 8 tickets, a rep who hung up on me, and a final answer of "we can't find it." Second high-value package lost through this hub. If your package routes through here, "arrived at facility" means nothing.

I experienced some incredible customer service at this location from ms. Tracy and ms. Carla today. I had an issue with a package shipment, and Carla kept me updated all through the day until the problem was solved. Thanks again to you both for being so kind, thoughtful and caring!

I wanted to get my goalkeeper gloves in 2 days cause I paid 20 dollars for 2 day shipping and they held my package for the weekend. A bit annoying but its whatever
