  Poor customer service. The drivers lie about attempted deliveries and drive off without contacting the customer. I have been waiting on packages for 2 weeks.

  Terrible service; completely unreliable and untrustworthy. I have always had bad experiences with FedEx. In the past, they have left my packages at the wrong addresses, but today was the last straw. I was expecting a phone delivery, and when it arrived, the box was open and tampered with—and the phone was missing. They exercise no control or care over the packages they handle. They are extremely irresponsible. Without a doubt, the worst shipping service for high-value items. I do not recommend them at all! 😡

  The employees there were very nice and helpful. We were able to get our item shipped out.

  Of all the fedex places I have to visit for work around Dallas and Fort Worth. This place has the slowest service. It can be busy, and only one attendant. Despite having four checkout booths.
