  Pretty rude staff. I went to pickup my items, she straight away said “did you track the package or just showed up?”. I said I had received an email that said I already picked up the item which was not the case so I had come to clarify because previous day another another rude staff had informed it was scheduled arrive the previous evening. She said “we have been open for 13 mins”. If you are getting disturbed by early customers, I suggest you pen at your convenient time when you are not getting disturbed by customers. I never really liked FedEx for its no timely tracking system, but I am pretty sure I am not gonna use FedEx ever for shipping.

  I just have to share my experience at Fed Ex /Kinko's last night on February 4th when I had a urgent matter of great importance to me involving an overnight Fed Ex pack to be shipped to me and without the assistance of t Fed Ex store manager' Clyde I would not have been able to accomplish this urgent matter when he went above and beyond the scope of his duties and I'm forever grateful for the outstanding customer service as well as his knowledge and expertise thank you with warm regards Ronald
