  I tried to return a completely unopened package with a rug pad inside to Wayfair via this FedEx. This item was in the exact same condition that it was when FedEx shipped it to my house. They refused to accept it then proceeded to make up completely illogical reasons for why. While trying to figure out how I could ship it, the manager even said "we do usually ship rugs like this." But for incomprehensible reasons still refused to accept it. It was a bizarre, frustrating, insulting, and unnecessary experience.

  The employees here act like they hate their jobs and try to make us suffer for it. Lori- if you hate your job just go somewhere else. As someone else stated your passive aggressive tone is awful.
