I came in late on a Saturday (it was 5:45 and they close at 6). I had a huge shipment and the young man who helped me never complained. I kept thanking him and apologizing and he kept saying 'that's my job.' I've been to this location many times and the staff has always been exceptional!
The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. Lori, the team member working behind the desk, appeared rushed, lacked empathy, and was unhelpful throughout the entire interaction. Before assisting me, I also witnessed her interacting with the customer ahead of me in a similarly dismissive and impatient manner, which immediately raised concerns about the level of customer service being provided.
She seemed genuinely bothered by having to assist customers. When I presented a QR code that had two items attached to it, she immediately stated that this is only one item and I showed her the items attached and dismissed the issue as “an Amazon problem” and offered no guidance or assistance on how it could be resolved. Instead, I was essentially told I would have to start the entire process over. While I was starting over the returns separately she was mumbling under her breath; most likely about this situation.
When I requested a receipt, she acted as though it was an inconvenience. Customer service should involve patience, professionalism, and a willingness to help, even when issues arise that may not be directly caused by the store.
Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and because of it, I will not be returning to this location.
Custom service can definitely be approved. This is not the first time I have come in and not been greeted/asked if I've needed assistance. Not sure who was on staff morning of 6.13.2026 but only a young man behind the counter kindly provided me with what I needed (so kudos to him). But there were two more mature women working there, I think they both had blondish hair, one behind the FedEx counter, that were of no assistance even with one walking right in front of me. In short, custom service is lacking...you never know who may enter your establishment.

Terrible experience with associated named 'Javier'. Look at the number of bad reviews for him. Extremely rude and loaded with shitty attitude. Wonder why FedEx has not fired him yet with so many bad reviews, people specifically calling this employee out.
Been visiting this FedEx facility for a long time, associates have been friendly except for this person. FedEx save your reputation and business. Listen to customer feedback.
The store and website both list the latest FedEx Ground pickup as 6:00 PM. However, if the driver is already on site and you do not physically hand the package directly to the driver, the package often does not go out until the following day.
Today, I physically handed two Ground packages to a FedEx Office employee at the counter before the 6:00 PM cutoff and specifically said, “I have two Ground packages here and I want to make sure they go out today.” There were two FedEx trucks on site at that time. The packages did not get picked up that day.
This has happened multiple times and creates delays for customers who rely on the posted cutoff times when planning shipments. If the effective cutoff is earlier than advertised, the store should communicate that clearly rather than displaying inaccurate pickup times.
