I had a genuinely awful experience at this location. The employee girl at the front with glasses has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered—rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. It takes all of 30 seconds of interaction to regret walking through the door.
Customer service here isn’t just lacking—it feels nonexistent. She treats basic questions like personal attacks and customers like they’re a burden just for being there.
Honestly, if this is how she chooses to treat people, she should consider starting her own business—at least then only her own reputation would take the hit, not the owner’s.
Easily one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had.

I would have given 0 stars, if I could. The employee working the front desk was rude, inattentive and had zero customer service. Won't be coming back here anymore.
Wow, when I saw the Google reviews, it had very high 2.8 ratings. I came to print a document on Feb 11 around 12:20 pm, but the printer wasn't working. We asked the lady with the glasses who was working; she was very rude and unable to help with customer needs. If you are the owner and you are seeing this review, if you hire these kind of people, you're going to lose your business, buddy. She was behaving like she was working for free, not getting paid.
