The Assistant Manager, JC was running the store and handling a busy morning full of customers like a Champion! He acknowledged my presence, established an expectation on the wait time and promptly started assisting me with my printing needs. He was detailed in his explanations of the service and products they offer and suggested potential solutions for my future business and professional needs. As a long time customer of FedEx, I truly appreciate the professionalism and expertise of JC!

Best experience ever, came here after going to many places looking to print a invitation. Ellie was prompt and so helpful, she went above and beyond helping me getting my idea across. I couldn’t imagine someone been so meticulous and so graceful when it comes for costumer service, thank to everyone in this FedEx location for the service over expectation that was made
