  Sunny is the real deal, no BS. Patient, knowledgeable and most importantly, professional. I drive from Lewisville to this location given the reviews and he is as advertised. My first visit I showed up right at close, he originally shut down but noticed I was still in my car so he helped me 15 minutes after close. I’m not a big review guy but after my second shipment I wanted to give credit where it’s due. Highly recommend!

  It is rare to find this level of customer service today. The team at this DHL office truly deserves the highest praise. My situation was not simple, but they took the time to understand it, showed genuine care, and did everything possible to help me. What impressed me most was their willingness to go above and beyond. They were professional, patient, and determined to find the best solution rather than simply doing the minimum required. Throughout the entire process, they treated me with respect and made me feel that my shipment was important to them. Thanks to their dedication and outstanding customer service, everything worked out perfectly. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a shipping company.
