  Yulisa has a way of explaining everything so calmly and thorough to where I understood all the benefits of my rate plan.She also recommended autopay and phone payment plan just wow!!She is good at her job yall make sure to ask for her what a lovely lady 😌🤩

  Muy mal servicio necesitaba ayuda con mi aplicacion porque no puedo entrar a ella y que mujer mas cerrada.. mal encarada.. y dijo no se que te habrán puesto de contraseña y ya no ofreció ayuda ni nada que feo servicio mas que me acabo de cambiar de compañía y que mal experiencia

  I had a terrible experience with Cricket Wireless. I called one of their stores to buy an iPhone, and they quoted me $620. Unfortunately, they were out of stock, so I went to another Cricket Wireless store expecting to pay about the same price. Instead, they told me the phone would cost around $2,000. That’s a huge difference and completely inconsistent with the price I was originally quoted. The pricing was misleading and made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Customers should be given clear and consistent pricing, not completely different prices depending on the store. I would not recommend Cricket Wireless based on my experience.

  Fui hace unos días y Tenía un poco de duda al ir en tienda ya que el mes pasado, cuando fui a pagar mi factura, me atendió una chica bajita que fue terriblemente grosera y se mostró enfadada sin motivo alguno; me dijo que tendría que marcar al 611 para cambiar mi pin pero yo soy el titular de la cuenta y traía mi pasaporte!Ridiculo.claramente no sabe cómo tratar a la gente. Pero no importa porque, las dos chicas Yulissa y Mayeni tuvieron una actitud muy positiva y abierta. Aunque solo iba a pagar mi factura, me ofrecieron de todo: desde actualizar mi teléfono con un plan de pagos hasta añadir una línea gratis ¡e incluso internet para el hogar! Eran buenas ofertas, pero yo tenía prisa; aun así,lo pensaré. De momento, estoy encantado con el servicio.
