I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience purchasing brake pads and rotors! We saved significantly compared to competitors, but honestly, the savings weren’t even the icing on the cake—the customer service was phenomenal! Kelsee and Carlos were absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. We initially purchased middle-of-the-road materials, but they explained that for just a little more, we could upgrade to top-of-the-line parts. When we decided to upgrade, they had absolutely no problem returning the original items and getting us exactly what we wanted. That kind of service is rare! And if you shop here, make sure you join their rewards program. The coupons and savings are definitely worth it! Thank you, Kelsee and Carlos, for such an awesome experience and for going above and beyond. You are truly brand ambassadors for this location, and your customer service is a perfect example of how customers should be treated. Great prices + quality products + exceptional customer service = a winning combination! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
