  I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience purchasing brake pads and rotors! We saved significantly compared to competitors, but honestly, the savings weren’t even the icing on the cake—the customer service was phenomenal! Kelsee and Carlos were absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. We initially purchased middle-of-the-road materials, but they explained that for just a little more, we could upgrade to top-of-the-line parts. When we decided to upgrade, they had absolutely no problem returning the original items and getting us exactly what we wanted. That kind of service is rare! And if you shop here, make sure you join their rewards program. The coupons and savings are definitely worth it!   The shopping experience was disappointing mainly because the AC was not working properly. The store was extremely hot and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to enjoy the shopping experience and made the visit feel much longer than it needed to be.That being said, I do want to give credit to the customer service. The employees were friendly, helpful, and professional despite the uncomfortable conditions. They did their best to assist me and make the experience better.
