  This is a constant occurrence at this location in the afternoon. Employees already refuse to help do Amazon returns, the least they could do is make sure the self-service area is good to go for customers… So if you’re wondering why Amazon didn’t receive your return, either 1. Your return was stolen or 2. Your return slid off the pile and right into the trash can since you couldn’t properly secure your return in the bin. … and if you think I’m exaggerating… I just went in there today, an hour after opening… there was room still in the bin and as I was printing my labels and throwing the trash away I noticed 2 packaged and labeled returns from another customer in the bottom of the trash… probably from yesterday afternoon when I’m sure the area looked like my photo…DO BETTER UPS

  Always FRIENDLY and FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I actually come from Taylor and even though we have one in town, that location has horrible customer service, I’d rather come to the Hutto location.

  Josh was sooo amazing! He made the return process run smooth. I was admired how knowledgeable and how fast he worked.
