    Just visited this store. Had quite a few returns and it was slightly complicated. The gentlemen named Josh was amazing. He was super helpful, very patient, and never made us feel bad for all that we had to do. Much different experience then what have dealt with at other ups stores. Shout out to Josh. Give that man a raise.

    Only reason it's not a 10 is the location; difficult to get in and out, especially if there's a train.

    The “ manager” Danielle is so rude. You can tell it when someone hates their job. Will go to Round Rock or Fed Ex next time. Act like you’re doing me a favor by taking my money !
